Oh, Yes, I am Wise

I had a bad day earlier this week (there’s a lot to do before leaving and suddenly my upcoming book has got complicated). So I turned on the radio. And about 30 seconds later, this came on.

It sounds so naff, but I instantly felt better. When Helen Reddy tells me I can do anything, I actually believe her. I stand straighter, sing loudly (thank God I’m in the middle of nowhere or the neighbours would surely be complaining), and just get on with things. So I got on with things.
