  • Articles Editor, Page Six Magazine (July 2008 - February 2009)
    Responsible for SixLife section of the magazine (Food, Drink, Living, Health and Fitness), which included generating ideas, commissioning stories, managing SixLife staff writer and freelancers, controlling budgets for the section and editing proofs each week. Also responsible for Fashion and Beauty well, which included liaising with fashion editor on run-throughs, managing copy for fashion and beauty stories and editing proofs. Responsible for weekly assessment of budgets for entire magazine. Editor of special issues, including two holiday gift guides.
  • Editor, (March 2005 - June 2008)
    Editor hired on temporary basis over a four year period to complete various projects for the site, including the site's relaunch (included migrating content, reformatting and coding magazine content); maintenance of the site's fashion and beauty product database; miscellaneous writing and editing for site; and a period as Associate Editor, which involved writing and assigning work to editors and editorial assistants, selection of images for the site, editing of stories, creation of edit plans, publication of packages, creation of daily and weekly newsletters, daily liaison with sales department, executive editor and producer of the site.

    Researched and wrote biography of Marc Ellis, one of New Zealand's most well-known personalities. The book, published by Hachette Livre, is now one of the biggest-selling biographies ever published in New Zealand.
